The work that I have done with Emily has been a reinvigoration of self.
From the very first session, we began to uncover parts of me that I didn’t even know were buried and parts that I knew were, but had no idea that I had left behind.
When we started searching for them, witnessing them, feeling them, and releasing them I started to come back to life. I was living life in such a dysregulated, hyper driven state that my body began to show me signs of what was really underneath. She was screaming at me but I didn’t know what to do.
I was “healthy." I ate well and exercised regularly, but I was holding everything, everyone, every action, every decision and indecision, every mistake inside. The holding manifested in my body, I was so bloated all the time and my cycle was completely irregular. I had been going through some traumatic life events, when I began to have ovarian cyst ruptures, almost every month. My body had said enough was enough, she was at her capacity to hold anymore, so my feminine body literally started exploding.
I went to so many doctors, and even functional medicine practitioners with no success until I found Emily's medicine and said yes. While being held by Emily I began to release. After time and continued work with Emily my bloating was gone, my cycle became regular, the cyst ruptures were less frequent and eventually stopped and I could start to feel myself again, who I used to be underneath all the conditioning and traumatic events. From clearing out space from my emotional body, my physical body recovered and I had the space to start to invite in new things and find my inner radiance, my inner goddess. Emily and her work changed my life. Period.
