By living a life from womb, pleasure and feminine embodiment she will discover how to attune to what she really wants and how to magnetize those desires to her with unshakeable confidence.
She will learn that she does not need to perform anymore; that her authentic expression is the highest calling of her soul.
She will learn to access her powerful sensual energy to feed the flames of her deepest desires and live in full expression of those desires.
She will discover the grand vision, the prayer for her life within her pelvic bowl, unblocking the channel of life force ready to carry her on the chariot of her destiny.

There are 5 elemental organizing principles of the Warrior Goddess Life anchored in Self Trust.
In this 6 month immersion, we will be moving through the elements Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Ether that comprise a robust and regenerative female form, mining for the gemstones of your unique feminine expression while clearing out debris of crusty old narratives and templates handed down from society and family systems.

MY SPECIALITIES AND BACKGROUND
I am a lifelong athlete who has competed at the collegiate basketball and elite crossfit level- through this lens I deliver a unique perspective on what it means to be an athletic woman (who has been called masculine her whole life) while nurturing my unique feminine signature.
I am a pelvic integration practitioner who has voraciously studied women’s health, pelvic vitality and sexuality over the past 5 years. I have worked with hundreds of women reconnecting them to the truth of their wombs through hands on, hands in ceremonial bodywork, attended 2 in-depth cadaver labs and am in concurrent pelvic and initiation trainings.
I will have my Doctorate in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture by next year! I braid in the incredible wisdom of eastern herbs, nutrition and holism of the body.
