I used to be anorgasmic and completely disconnected from my pelvic space

When I did connect with myself I would use porn or a vibrator to get a quick hit of dopamine surging clit-gasm.

When I did connect with a partner I would fall into performative sex- over-riding my body in order to please my partner. Yes- I would fake orgasms and never thought my pleasure was important. I thought that I was one of those unlucky women that just didn’t experience a lot of pleasure.
